Returns and refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the limited-edition nature of our products and the personal use of paper goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items Exception:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for the damaged item.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor variations in color due to screen differences
